The Liβl Dumpling Van has four dumpling flavours to choose from. All of our dumplings are freshly hand made in Geelong.
BEEF
Keep calm + carrot on
The orange colour is made by using fresh carrot with water as a natural colouring to the dumpling flour dough.
Beef mince, onion, spring onion, ginger, homemade chicken stock and canola oil.

CHICKEN

The green colour is made by using fresh spinach with water as a natural colouring to the dumpling dough.
Chicken mince, shiitake mushroom, bok choy, carrots, spring onion, ginger, homemade chicken stock and canola oil.

The white colour is made by using water mixed in with the dumpling flour dough β no extras added to the dough!
